1. Remove our access on Facebook (clients)

• On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations.
• Find Sugar Honey and choose Remove.
• If you added Sugar Honey as a partner in your Meta Business Suite, you can also remove us under Business settings › Partners.

Once removed, our portal can no longer fetch new leads or ad results from your account.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@sugarhoney.com.au with the subject “Delete my data” and include your name, your business name and the Facebook Page connected (if any). We may ask a quick question to confirm it’s you.

What we delete

• The access keys that connect our portal to your Facebook, Instagram and ad accounts.
• The leads we received from your lead forms, and the Pages and ad accounts you connected.
• Your enquiry and contact details, if you were a website visitor.

We’ll delete it within 30 days and email you when it’s done. We only keep what the law requires, such as invoices and tax records.
