These terms apply when you use sugarhoney.com.au or work with Sugar Honey Pty Ltd (ABN 59 661 277 194) (“Sugar Honey”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.
Using this website
You can browse, share and enquire through this site for personal or business use. Please don’t copy our content or design for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
Prices, estimates and promo codes
Prices shown on the site, including the Pricing & Packages estimate, are a guide only and exclude GST unless stated. Your final price is set out in a written proposal. Promo codes apply only to new agreements, can’t be combined unless we say so, and may expire.
Working with us
Every engagement starts with a proposal that sets out the scope, timing, fees and payment terms. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins. Ongoing services run month to month unless the proposal says otherwise, and either side can end them with 30 days’ written notice.
Your content and approvals
You confirm that anything you give us (logos, photos, product claims, offers) is yours to use and is accurate. We send content for your approval before it goes live, and approved content is treated as signed off.
Ad spend and results
Ad spend is paid to the platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) separately from our fees. We work hard for strong results, but platforms change and no one can guarantee a particular number of leads, sales or followers.
Ownership
Once our invoices are paid, you own the final content we make for you. We keep ownership of our methods, templates and tools. We may show your work in our portfolio and on social media; just tell us if you’d rather we didn’t.
Creators and influencers
Creators we introduce are independent. Paid partnerships are labelled as required by Australian advertising rules, and usage rights for creator content are agreed in each campaign brief.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
